Neil brings 25 years in debt advisory and asset-based lending. He most recently ran White Oak's UK Asset Based Lending and Invoice Finance business. Before that he was Managing Director (South) of Close Brothers Asset Based Lending and Invoice Finance, having previously held senior positions at KPMG and PwC.
Martin brings nearly 40 years in corporate banking and asset-based lending. He was Origination Director at White Oak UK, where he structured and completed senior secured ABL and invoice finance facilities. Earlier roles include the UK ABL division of BNP Paribas.
Adam brings 15 years experience in commercial finance and asset-based lending. He was most recently Regional Sales Director at Skipton Business Finance, and before that ABL Sales Director at Independent Growth Finance. Earlier roles include Business Development Manager at BNP Paribas Commercial Finance and corporate and business banking positions at HSBC.
Gary served 34 years in the Royal Air Force and retired as an Air Vice-Marshal. His last role was as Chief of Staff (Operations) at the UK's Permanent Joint Headquarters, responsible for the planning and execution of UK Joint global operations. He left the RAF in 2019 and set up Pegasus Potential Ltd, advising companies in the Defence, Aerospace, and Leadership sectors.
